RPtechnic's rapid tooling workshop is open to business in 2002, specializing in manufacturing molding/tooling, such as injection molds, die-casting and hardware molds. We also provide reverse engineering services, mold flow analysis, tooling design and manufacture, injection and product assembly services.

Our rapid tooling workshop's area is around 2,000sqm/21,500sqf, with 90 employees, includes product designers, mold flow analysis engineers, tooling designers, highly skilled workers. The workshop is equipped with most up-to-date plastic molding and production equipments, such as high-precision CNC machining centers, EDM, precision grinding machine, digital milling center, injection molding machine and laser measuring instrument. The capacity of our injection machine is Maximum pressure - 260T, Maximum injection capacity – 600g.
