RPtechnic's rapid prototyping workshop was established in 1999, specializing in manufacturing of industrial models, such as working models, appearance models and engineering models. We are mainly using CNC machining to produce the prototype, also offered vacuum injection forming prototype using PU and rapid tooling.

The area of RPtechnic workshop/premises is 1,000sqm /10,764sqf , employed over 100 people, including CNC operators, skilled workers, and hard modellers. Our workshop is fully equipped with CNC machines, vacuum injection machines, painting booths, and other fundamental equipments. The biggest capacity of our CNC is 1.8m.

Other than most of plastics materials, such as ABS, PMMA, PC, PVC, POM, PP, PPT, PE, etc. we also fabricate parts from copper and aluminum. According to different requirements of customers, we can offer surface treatment services, including polishing, painting, printing, laser etching, chroming, anodizing, and etc.
